Timothy G. Taylor

Age 61, of Vandalia, passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at his home after an extended illness. Tim was born February 2, 1960 in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina to the late James E. & Edith (Schalg) Taylor. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Taylor.

Tim loved playing Disk Golf and playing guitar.

He is survived by his loving wife, Marion L. (Reece) Taylor; two children, Alexander Taylor (Amber) & Morgan Taylor; and two siblings, Daniel Taylor (Janet) & Shirley Jung (Mike).

The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Friday, April 30, at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 1, at the funeral home with Chaplain Randy Reed officiating. Interment will follow at Polk Grove Cemetery.
