Steven W. Ruyle

Steven W. Ruyle, age 62, of Englewood, OH passed away on November 20, 2022. Steve was born in Springfield, MO on June 7, 1960 to Bill and Betty Ruyle. He was preceded in death by his mother Betty, niece Brittany, and sister Kimberly.  He is survived by his loving wife Nerie, his sons Steven, Jonnie, and Kevin; his grandson Wesley, daughter in law Rachel; his Father Bill, sisters Jeannie and Karen; brother in law Shannon, nieces- Corinne, Miranda, Mallory, Carrie;  nephews- Brandon and Alex, his aunt Ann and his uncles Terry and Harry, and his best friend Kevin Bressler, and many more family and friends.

Steve was a loving husband, a caring father, and an excited new grandpa. He is known for his generous heart, his great sense of humor, and his love for his family.  His favorite pastimes included playing golf with Jonnie, Steven, Uncle Harry, and his Dad.  He loved watching formula one racing, going to Reds games, and taking his family out for a steak at the Pine Club or for a Ron’s pizza.  He also loved learning about civil war history and would talk about it with anyone who would listen. 

Steve was loved by his coworkers at Adare Pharmaceuticals and was known for his great work ethic and his team player attitude.  Steve also served in the United States Navy after graduating from Northmont High School.

Visitation for Steve will be held at Morton and Whetstone Funeral home on Thursday, December 1st. from 11:00am to 1:00pm with the services to follow at 1:00pm.
