Ruby Krempasky Obituary

Ruby B. Krempasky, age 90, passed away Monday, October 18, 2021. Ruby was born June 11, 1931 in Kearny, New Jersey, daughter of the late George and Margaret (Bowman) Bremner. Ruby moved to the Jersey Shore in 1956 and called Neptune, New Jersey her home for nearly 50 years. She worked for 20 years as the cafeteria manager at Neptune Senior High School before moving to Vandalia, Ohio to be closer to family, and assume the role of Grammy, her most treasured and important job.

Ruby is survived by her sons, Robert and wife, Nancy Krempasky of Poinciana, Florida, Russell Krempasky, and Richard Krempasky of Vandalia, OH and her daughter, Ruthann and husband, Scott George of Troy; her grandchildren, Nicole, Jacqueline, Rachael, Sarah and Connor; and her great- grandchildren Kellen, Everett, Isla and Charlotte.

The family will be receiving friends at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia on Sunday, October 24, from 3-4:30 pm, with a simple remembrance service to follow at 4:30. Online condolences may be shared with Ruby’s family at www.mortonwhetstonefh.com
