Ronald G. Short

Ronald G. Short was born January 30, 1967 in Dayton, Ohio to his parents Charles (deceased) & Sandra Short. Ron's brothers are Chuck Short & Greg Short. Survived by his wife & best friend, Robin (Miller) Short, and  also survived by his son, Brad (Alyssa) Short who gave Ron & Robin two granddaughters, Ellie & Ava Short. 

On September 30, 2021 Ron went home to be with the Lord after a brief illness & complications due to Covid at Miami Valley Hospital. He was known by many and loved by all. A man who loved the Lord, loved his Family & loved helping tell people about Jesus in every way God gifted him the talent to tell it with. Ron was a Singer, Songwriter, Musician, Book Author, Record Producer, Radio Broadcaster, Worship Leader & Minister. He enjoyed Sports, making memories with his family and breaking bread with his friends. 

A public viewing will be held at Greenview Calvary Tabernacle 8010 N Main Street, Dayton, Ohio 45415 from 11:00AM-1:00PM on Monday October 4, 2021 with a celebration of life service to follow at 1:00PM with Pastor Timothy Livingston officiating. Interment will follow at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens.   In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Ron to Greenview Calvary Tabernacle where he served with all his talents for over 10 years of ministry.
