Ronald Rehmert

REHMERT, Ronald J., age 88 of Troy, formerly of Vandalia, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2021.  He was born July 30, 1932 in Bainbridge, Ohio, son of the late Byron & Mernith (Cox) Rehmert.  He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and was a retired salesman with Avis. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed spending his free time out on the golf course with friends.  Preceded in death by his wife, Janice, and daughter, Debby, Ronald is survived by his children, Michael Rehmert (Amy), Linda Frantz (Doug), Susan Rehmert (Mike); step-son, Terry Cameron (Kathy); 8 grandchildren, Byron, Nathan, Nicole, Christina, Shelly, Sean, Kevin & Kayela; numerous great-grandchildren, including his “Special Little Nurse” Bella; along with a host of other relatives and friends. 

A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at Polk Grove Cemetery, Butler Twp, Ohio.  Arrangements entrusted to Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia.
