Robert Lee Geiger

GEIGER, Robert Lee, 93, of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, Mar. 17, 2021. He was born to Frederick Purcell & Cora May (Steele) Geiger on July 18, 1927 in Portsmouth, Ohio. Bob was retired from Kmart Corp. after 24 years of service. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans and AMVETS in Huber Heights. Robert was the brother of Rosemary, Floyd Wendel & James Howard Geiger. Survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Carol (Crow) Geiger; children, Gregory Allen Geiger, Craig Robert Conway, Cathleen Arlene (Conway) Bradley & Christina Tiesman; many grandchildren & great grandchildren. Graveside service 10 a.m. Monday, Mar. 22, 2021 at the Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. Chaplain Randy Reed, officiating.
