Paul L. Gudorf
Age 80, of Tipp City, passed away Monday, July 25, 2022, at the Upper Valley Medical Center. Paul was born June 24, 1942 in Dayton to the late Urban & Frances (Sturwald) Gudorf. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by four brothers, Urban (Jr.), Donald, Norman & James Gudorf.
Paul was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church for over 50 years and more recently of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Paul retired in 1999 as a Plumber & Pipe Fitter and was a member of Local # 162 for over 30 years. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed boating.
Paul is survived by his loving wife of the past 52 years, Sharon K. (DeBrosse) Gudorf; one son, Mitchell Gudorf & his wife, Michelle; one grandson, Zackary Gudorf; three sisters, Dorothy Stein (Paul), Marlene Bertino & Patti Lorenz; brother, Thomas Gudorf (Linda); two sisters-in-law, Marge Gudorf & Patty Gudorf; and by his extended family & many good friends.
The family will be receiving friends from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 29, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Tipp City. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated by Rev. Fr. Robert Hale at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at St. John Cemetery in Tipp City.
