Patricia Ann Zajac (nee: Kepic)

age 90, passed away on May 1, 2017. Dear wife of Theodore S., beloved mother of Julieanne Phillips (William) and John Appleson. Grandmother of four and great grandmother of eight. She was predeceased in death by her first husband Nick Appleson and her parents.

Private family services were held.
