Patricia Ann Smoot (Crosthwaite), 70, passed away on 12/ 28/2021 at Grandview Medical Center. She was born on 9/25/1951. Survived by father, Edward E. Crosthwaite, husband, Franklin Smoot, daughter, Kiera Evans (Michael), granddaughter, Janaea Evans, sisters, Connie ( Leonard) Gaffney, Lisa (Jeff) Baltes, three nieces, and one nephew. Graduated from Vandalia- Butler High School. Retired from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. She will remembered in our hearts forever and sadly missed. Rest in Peace.
