Ozelle Francis

Age 98, of Vandalia, passed away Monday, June 1, 2020, at the Laurels of Huber Heights. She was born April 9, 1922 in Leaksville, North Carolina to the late John Garver & Nellie (Cox) Harter. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Leonard V. Francis; siblings, Wilda Harry & Ken Harter; and by her daughter-in-law, Jayme Francis.

Ozelle is survived by her son, Mark Francis; two grandchildren, Melissa & Justin; one great grandchild, Connor; and by her sister, Joy Outland.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 4, at Poplar Hill Cemetery. Rev. Thomas Weeks will officiate.
