Norma J. Bertholf

Age 80, of Vandalia, passed away Monday, April 19, 2021, at The Hospice of Dayton. Norma was born May 28, 1940 in Hazard, Kentucky to the late Denny & Veatrice (Stamper) Dobson. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Joseph H. Bertholf, III; son, Stevie Joe Bertholf; and daughter, Samantha J. Bertholf.

Norma enjoyed playing Bingo and bowling on Friday nights.

She is survived by a daughter, Michaela Tindel; six grandchildren, Jamie, Kimberly, Robert, Thomas, Alexandra & Kevin; four great grandchildren, Logan, Issac, Lilliann & Avery; sister, Sarah Phillips; and by her devoted caregiver, Connie Bertholf.

The family will be receiving friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, April 27, at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., with Pastor Michael Malcosky of the Vandalia United Methodist Church officiating.

Interment will follow at Poplar Hill Cemetery in Vandalia.
