Mabel Slone Obituary

Slone Mabel D. of Huber Heights, passed away Sunday May 3, 2020 at her residence following an illness. Mabel was born in Knott Co, KY, daughter of the late Bee and Dina Nickles. She enjoyed cooking, planting flowers, going on vacations and spending time with her family. Mabel was preceded in death by 2 sisters Grace and Aleene and one brother Jimmy. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years Odis Slone Jr; her daughter Tammy (Slone) Nolden; 3 grandchildren Amanda, Brad, and Chad; one great grandson Wyatt; one sister Glenda and one brother Leonard and a host of other relatives and friends. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Mabel’s memory. Arrangements entrusted to Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia.
