Joan Lowe-Issler

Age 90, of Tipp City, passed away Sunday, April 2, 2023, at her home. She was born October 18, 1932 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Thomas & Alma (Hildebrand) Risdon.

In addition to her parents, Joan was also preceded in death by her first husband, Gordon Lowe; her son, Gordon “Gordie” Thomas Lowe; and her brother, Thomas “Tommy” Risdon.

Joan is survived by her loving husband of the past 15 ½ years, Harold D. Issler; one daughter, Lisa Brassell & her husband, Robert; three grandchildren, Jessica, Justin (Bryttany) and Rees; three great grandchildren, Ayden, Kaylea and Brenna; and by one brother, David & his wife, Blanca Risdon.

Private graveside services were held at Poplar Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Joan to The Hospice of Miami County.
