Obituary
KNOX, Clyde W., age 82 and Eva “Sally”, age 78 of Butler Twp., passed away together on Friday, August 5, 2022. Clyde was born August 20, 1939 and Sally was born August 12, 1943. They shared 60 wonderful years of marriage, raised two children and loved their grandchildren and family dearly. Clyde and Sally are survived by their daughter, Kimberly McCurdy and husband, Mark of FL; son, Christopher Knox (Aimee) of Vandalia; 7 grandchildren, Christopher William Knox Jr. and wife, Ashley, Jacob Taylor Knox, Chloe Lynn McCurdy, Kylee Bryann McCurdy, Chance Bryan McCurdy, Gunnar R.L. Knox and Elizabeth Grace “Libby” Knox, along with numerous family members and wonderful friends.
Funeral services will be held for Clyde and Sally at 11:00 am, Tuesday, August 9, at the Vandalia United Methodist Church, 200 S. Dixie Drive, Vandalia with Pastor Mark Batton officiating. Interments will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City, Ohio. The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday morning from 9:00 am until time of service. Arrangements entrusted to Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia.
