Barbara Ellen Kesauer

KESAUER, Barbara Ellen, 91, of Clayton, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2020. She was born to George & Jessie Hopp on September 26, 1929 in Utica, New York. Barbara was a former member of St. David’s Episcopal Church, the Good Samaritan Mental Health Advisory Board and the Clinton New York Historical Society. Preceded in death by her husband, William F. Kesauer; son, Mark K. Kesauer; sisters, Susan Crofoot & Harriet Thatcher. Survived by her beloved children, Ellen G. Husak, Peter L. (Karen) Kesauer & Nicholas F. Kesauer; 5 grandchildren, Melinda Wilson, Julia Duhart, Angela Kesauer, Amy Hernandez & Ryan Gochoel, and 7 great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Christine Kesauer . Graveside service 12 noon Saturday, Nov. 14 at the Poplar Hill Cemetery, Vandalia. Pastor Larry Lutz, officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
