Yovonne E. Zupp

ZUPP, Yovonne Elaine, age 82, passed December 21, 2017 at her home in Vandalia. Born April 30, 1935, Yovonne was raised in Walden, New York, daughter of Duane & Rita Decker. She was married for 63 years to Raymond W. Zupp. Together they raised 4 children, and own the North Dixie, Englewood and Tipp City Hardware.Yovonne was preceded in death by her parents & one sister, Arlene Pelzer and is survived by one sister, Valerie J Kestler; her husband, Raymond W Zupp and children, Karen Novak (Fred), Raymond “Bud” Zupp (Susan), Mary-Eileen Moorman (George), and Nancy-Ann Zortman (Mark). Yovonne has 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am, Friday, December 29 at St. Christopher Catholic Church with Fr. Francis Keferl officiating. Interment will follow at Poplar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home. 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia on Thursday evening 12/28 from 5-7 pm.
