Victor Osborne

Age 72, of Troy, passed away Tuesday (12/12/17) at Miami Valley Hospital. Victor was born May 10, 1945 in Bipro, KY to the late Robert Lee & Minnie Belle (Johnson) Osborne. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by four siblings: Bobby, Lowell, Kenneth & Phyllis. Victor us a proud U. S. Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran, a former member of the Tipp City American Legion and he retired from the Montgomery County Maintenance Department. He is survived by his loving wife, Brenda S. (Land) Osborne; three children, Victor Rafferty, Lela Osborne & Victoria Land; seven grandchildren, Misty, Brooklyn, Ethan, Kensington, Gabriel, Delayney & De’Aron; four great grandchildren; three siblings, Ronnie Osborne (Regina), Joan Shrewsbury & Shirlene Whitt; and by his extended family & many good friends. A graveside service with military honors will be held at 1:30 p.m., Friday (12/15) at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens in Tipp City, Ohio. Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia, is in charge of arrangements.
