Trudy Pendell

PENDELL, Trudy R. age 88 of Brookville, passed away Monday July 4, 2005 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born January 19, 1917 in Columbus, OH daughter of the late Albert & Gertrude (Turner) Roney. She was a retired employee of Standard Register. Trudy was preceded in death by her husband Oral L. Pendell, one daughter Sharon Sodders Staub, one granddaughter Elizabeth Pendell, one sister Opal Roney and a brother James Roney. She is survived by 4 sons Gordon Pendell of FL, Robert & wife Linda Pendell of NC, Paul & wife Stevie Pendell of FL, Glen & wife Cynthia Pendell of Troy, 2 sisters Jeanette Hebner of CA and Eloise Coffield Hall & husband Clay of FL, a sister-in-law Helen Roney of Portsmouth, 11 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday July 8 at 2:00pm at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home 139 S. Dixie Dr Vandalia. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday afternoon from 1:00pm until time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Trudys memory
