Teri Moore

Age 63, of Middletown, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 26, 2020, at her home. She was born March 29, 1957 in Dayton to Joseph & Carol (Stoltz) Barrett.

Teri is survived by her loving husband of the past 18 years, Eugene “Corey” Moore; children, Jodi Gieseking (Carl), Wanda Osborne (Ken), Jamie Lester (Sean), Jonny Moore (Zyanya) & Jacob Moore (Tabatha; “adopted son,” Jason Pelphrey; brother, Kevin Barrett (Penny); six grandchildren, Chealsie, Ashley, Corey, Raven, Ezerah & Xander; and by one great granddaughter, Scarlett.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 30, at Maple Hill Cemetery in Tipp City, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Teri to the Butler County Humane Society.
