Teresa Nestor

NESTOR, TERESA, age 82 of Vandalia, passed away Friday, November 19, 2010 at the Lodge Care Center of Loveland after a lengthy illness. She was born October 4, 1928 in Dayton, daughter of the late Joseph & Catherine (Chifala) Rizzo. She was a founding member of the St. Christopher Catholic Church of Vandalia. Her husband, Stewart E. Nestor Jr. preceded her in death on October 28, 2010; also preceding her are 4 brothers, William, Ralph, Joe, Paul Rizzo and 1 sister Rachel Rizzo. Teresa is survived by 2 daughters, Becky & husband Steve Vehr, Suzanne Troendly; 2 son Stewart & wife Diane Nestor, Mike & wife Chris Nestor; 3 brothers Sam, Bill & Ronnie Rizzo; 3 sisters, Esther McCreedy, Mary Heid & Lucille Taylor; 9 grandchildren, Timothy, Molly, Jeremy, Michelle, Nicole, Angela, Shawn, Erin & Carrie; 3 great grandchildren, Gavin, Allison, Julia and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, Nov. 22, 2010 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia with Fr. Francis Keferl officiating. Burial Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 12:30 P.M. until time of service at 2:00 P.M.
