KEEN, Stella J., age 55 of Vandalia, passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2013. She was born August 4, 1958 in Dayton, OH, daughter of James & Hope (Thorpe) Windom. Stella is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Tucker, son, Adam Keen, grandchildren, Dylan, Megan, Haley & Tucker; sisters, Pam Edwards, Irma Malcolm, & Barbara Lewis and brother, James Windom Jr. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, September 11 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia with Pastor Ken Oren officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12 noon until time of service.
