Loving mother of Scott F. (Carla) Skaggs and Michael E. (Jennifer) Skaggs, and adoring grandmother of Markus, Michaela, Sara, Reese and Ashley Skaggs, also great grandmother to Alainah, Grayson and Lillianah Skaggs, and brother John (Kathy) Foland. Preceeded in death by brother Gary Allen Foland and parents Ellsworth and Bettye (Moler) Foland.
