Ronald A. DeHays,

Age 87, of Huber Heights, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, February 17, 2023. Ronnie was born October 5, 1935 in Dayton to the late Leslie A. & Dorothy L. (Schafer) DeHays. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Eunice (Whittridge) DeHays; and by one son, Don A. DeHays.

Ronnie had many hobbies & interests, including rachetball, racing of all types, and flying as a private pilot.

He is survived by two children, Ronald L. DeHays & his wife, Margie and Lisa D. Young; eight grandchildren, Christopher, Lauren, Matthew, Thomas, Jennifer, Alex, Jamison, Aurora; seven great grandchildren, Lucas, Olivia, Liana, Danika, Calista, Marika & Sasha; two siblings, Hottes DeHays and Nancy Hepburn & her husband, Steve; and by his large extended family and many good friends.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
