Robert "Bob" A. Royse

Robert “Bob” A. Royse, 81, of Butler Township, passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at his home. He was born to Raymond & Sarah Royse on November 6, 1942 in Dayton, Ohio. Bob was a graduate of Tipp City High School in 1960 and retired from General Motors (Delphi Moraine) after 30 years of service. He attended the Mid County Church of Christ in Troy. Bob was an avid golfer and enjoyed bowling.

Preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Raymond, Jr. & Harold Royse. Survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Carol Royse; daughter, Cathy Knoth (David); son, Ron Royse (Paula); brothers, Tom Royse (Janice), Ralph Royse (Janet), Lloyd Royse & Paul Royse (Kim); grandchildren, Tyler Knoth, Taylor Knoth, Jacob Royse, Jessica Rapier (Lance), Stephanie Patel (Keyur) & Tyler Godsey (Katie); great grandchildren, Eva, Dev, Gino, Keira & Rowan; many other relatives & friends.

The family will receive friends 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon Wednesday, May 15, at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia, with the funeral service at 12 noon.
