Robert M. Taylor

Age 76, of Tipp City, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2026. Bob was born November 25, 1949 in Glendale, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edgar Taylor, Pearl Cash & Ernest Cash; his maternal grandparents, Irvin & Ethel Uhrig; and by a special niece, Jordan Glawe.

Bob is survived by his loving wife of the past 55 ½ years, Flonnie “Jean” Taylor; children, Malane (Keith) Bottles and Robert (Carrie) Taylor; grandchildren, Hallie Bottles, Braydon Bottles, Alexander Taylor, Trey Bottles, Peyton Taylor, Samuel Taylor & Rachel Taylor; sisters-in-law, Judy (Dave) Lindsay & Jacqueline (Jeff) Glawe; and by his extended family & too many good friends to name.

Bob was an avid fisherman, hunter, and golfer. He always welcomed family & friends to pull up a chair at the table or on the back porch to sit and chat awhile. He loved spending time with family, friends, and especially his grandchildren.

The family will be receiving friends from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, Monday, March 9, at Morton & Whetstone funeral home, 139 S. Dixie Drive, Vandalia. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm with Pastor Dan Glover officiating. Interment will be at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens in Brookville.
