Robert G. Lewis

Age 88, of Troy, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. He was born July 17, 1938 in Piqua, Ohio to the late Clyde & Mione (Adams) Lewis. In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by one sister, Joyce Francis.

Bob will be remembered as being a loving husband, father & grandfather. He is survived by his wife of the past 47 years, Marie L. (Olsen) Lewis; three children, Mike, Dianne and Debbie; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two sisters, Brenda & Julie; and by his extended family & many good friends.

The family will be receiving friends from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 4, at Morton & Whetstone funeral home, 139 S. Dixie Drive, Vandalia. Memorial services will follow at 3:00 p.m., with Rev. Michael Malcosky officiating. Bob’s final resting place will be at Riverside Cemetery in Troy, Ohio.
