Robert L. "Bob" Kinder

KINDER, Robert L. "Bob", age 70 of Vandalia passed away Thursday, October 16, 2014. He was born November 6, 1943 in Foley, AL, son of the late Robert O. & Bonita Kinder. He is survived by his wife, Linda Kinder of Vandalia; two children, Jamie Kinder and Dessi Straley, both of Vandalia; several brothers and sisters, Steve Kinder of NC, Alan Kinder of Troy, Keith Kinder of Troy and Tina Kettle of West Milton; 2 grandchildren, Lance and Mason Straley of Vandalia; along with a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am, Tuesday, October 21 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6-8 pm.
