Reba “Jeniece” Britton

Age 91, of Tipp City, passed away Thursday, November 3, 2022, at SpringMeade in Tipp City. She was born March 15, 1931 in Harrogate, Tennessee to the late Robert Kyle & Ninnie Dell (Carmack) Fleemon.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Billy Britton, in 2007; one son, Billy Keith Britton; her siblings, Maudie Burchett, Juanita Sumpter, Marie Lester, Ona Lee Thomas, Eula Grey Mayes, Homer Fleemon, Martha Lester, Junior Fleemon & Zella Brooks.

Jeniece was a member of First Baptist Church Fairborn. For over 20 years she worked as a Catalog Customer Service Representative for Sears. She loved the Lord, her family and music – especially hymn music.

Jeniece is survived by one son, Randy Britton & his wife, Nancy; four grandchildren, Jeniece “Jeni” Suber, Cory Britton & her husband, Phil Krumm, Kyle Britton and Ryan Britton; one great grandson, Liam Suber; and by her extended family & many good friends.

The family will be receiving friends from 10:00 – 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 9, at First Light Church in Vandalia. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 am with Pastor David Starry officiating. Interment will be at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens in Tipp City.

In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Jeniece to either First Light Church or the Alzheimer’s Association.
