Penelope Leeann Ratliff

In Loving Memory Of Penelope Leeann Ratliff born 07/12/2022 at Miami Valley Hospital. She passed away peacefully on 02/10/2023 in her home in Vandalia OH surrounded by her family. She passed away due to a rare brain condition holoprosencephaly. She was survived by her parents Jordan & Keshia Ratliff, her brothers Preston Davenport & Jacob Ratliff, her grandparents Donnie Kitts & Paula & Jeremiah Ratliff , 1 great grandmother, 5 uncles, 1 aunt and 1 niece.

She was loved dearly by all friends and family and will be missed greatly until we meet again. "God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be found so he put his arms around you and whispered "come with me" with tearful eyes we watched you, slowly fade away. But we will always know you are happy and free.
