Patricia Ann Smoot (Crosthwaite)

Passed away on December 28, 2021 at Grandview Medical Center. She was born September 25, 1951. Patricia is survived by her father, Edward E. Crosthwaite; husband, Franklin Smoot; daughter, Kiera Evans (Michael); granddaughter, Janaea Evans; sisters, Connie (Leonard) Gaffney, Lisa (Jeff) Baltes; three nieces, and one nephew.  Patricia graduated from Vandalia - Butler High School. She retired from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. She will be remembered in our hearts forever and sadly missed. Rest in Peace. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
