Pamela J. Kinsey

Pamela J. Kinsey, 79, of Vandalia, passed away Thursday, June 29, 2023. She was born to Eugene & Marjory Frey on December 23, 1943 in Dayton, Ohio. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husbands, William Young & Richard Kinsey, her sister, Mary Lecker, and brother-in-law, Ron Lee.

Survived by her daughter, April Meyers (Kevin); son, William Young, Jr. (Sharon); sisters, Carol Lee & Cindy Sparks (Ron); 3 grandchildren, Megan Reynolds (Kris), Bryan Stiver (Jennifer) & Phil Stiver (Melissa); 6 great grandchildren, Madison, Annaliesse, Jossalynn, Madelyn, Lucy & Theodore. She is also survived by Richard’s children: Roxann Baker (George), Terry Kimbrell (Paul), Randy Kinsey (Darlene) & Bill Kinsey (April); and many other relatives & friends.
