Nancy Lee Muse

Age 78, of Centerville, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. Nancy was born April 6, 1948 in Dayton to the late Robert Frank & Marion Elizabeth (Butler) Muse.

Nancy graduated from Fairview High School (1966) and attended Miami University of Ohio.

Her career began with working in the college bookstore in Oxford, Ohio for several years before becoming a sales representative for college and medical textbook distributors in the region. As textbooks gave way to the digital era, she became a sale representative/manager for a mobile medical lab, overseeing drug testing compliance for her clients’ commercial drivers.

Nancy was an avid game player who enjoyed all types of word and number puzzles, especially crosswords and Sudoku. Her family will certainly miss her role as “fact-checker-in-chief”, especially regarding family history. She will especially be remembered by all she encountered as a cheerful and “bubbly” lady.

Nancy is survived by three siblings, Marilyn Thompson (Edward), Kenneth Muse (Margaret), and Elizabeth “Betsy” Moumene; six nieces & nephews, Carla (Darryl), Gregory (Hyeyoung), David (Hannah), Michelle (Joshua), John (Kathy) & Seth (Kristin); 15 great nieces and nephews; one great great nephew; and by her extended family and her many good and loving friends at The Courtyard at Centerville.
