Michelyn C. Melat

MELAT, Michelyn Christine (Jonas), age 64, of Vandalia, OH., passed away in the early hours of September 21st. Loving wife of Tom; beloved mother of Andy (Tricia) of Columbus, OH.; sister of Joyce Reichard (John); sister-in-law of Connie Melat; aunt to Tim Reichard (Kristen) of Clayton and Teri Winget (Scott) of Evergreen, CO.; and treasured friend to many. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Joan. A Memorial Gathering for family and friends will be held at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Drive, Vandalia on Saturday, September 27th from 2-4pm. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Mickey's name to the charity of their choice.
