Michael T. Snyder

Age 77, of Dayton, passed away Sunday, July 6, 2025. Mike was born November 29, 1947 in Dayton to the late Charles & Ella (Jones) Snyder. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife of 32 years, Peg (Burneka) Snyder.

Mike was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force. He was an avid sports fan, especially interested in the Cincinnati Reds. He also enjoyed golfing and working in his yard.

Mike is survived by his two children, Jason Snyder & his wife, Shelly and Nichole Winters; three grandchildren, Anthony Snyder, Jayla Winters & Micah Hausfeld; three siblings, Steph Spencer, Rick Snyder & his wife, Pam and Scott Snyder; and by his extended family & many good friends.

The family will be receiving friends from 12:00 – 1:00 pm, Friday, July11, at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Drive, Vandalia. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm with Rev. Michael Malcosky officiating. Interment with military honors will be at Calvary Cemetery.
