Michael A. “Mike” Burton

Age 63, of Englewood, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2020, after a lengthy illness. Mike was born May 30, 1956 in Dayton to the late William & Eleace (Collins) Burton.

Mike was a member of the Vandalia Church of the Nazarene, a former firefighter for the city of Vandalia and he retired as a ground traffic controller having worked at the Dayton & Pittsburgh Airports.

Mike is survived by his loving wife of the past 44 years, Kris (Garland) Burton; two daughters, Summer Lyons (Aaron) & Brooke Burton (Jason Harris); one sister, Sondra Spencer; seven grandchildren, Jack, Isaac, Ethan & Hayden Lyons and Shayla, Aaliyah & Adrian Harris; and by one nephew, Brian Spencer (Lisa).

A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, April 16, at Arlington Cemetery in Brookville, Ohio.
