Michael Joseph Asher

Age 77, of Vandalia, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at Kettering Health Dayton (Grandview Medical Center). He was born May 25, 1949, in Dayton, OH, to the late Travis D Asher Jr and Fontina (Dichito) Asher. He was also preceded in death by his stepmother, Lois J (Cornette) Asher; beloved wife of 58 years, Linda (Ulrich); and brother, Patrick.

Mike enjoyed watching NASCAR whenever he could and showing love to his dog Cody.

Mike is survived by his son, Chris Asher; his daughter, Michelle Beverly; his sister, Mary Ann Thomas; two grandsons; one great-granddaughter; his extended family; and many good friends.
