Merry Ann Matusoff

Merry Ann Matusoff was born March 14, 1965, and passed away September 2, 2025. Merry is survived by siblings JoAnn Matusoff, Jim and Connie Matusoff, Debby Uri (Matusoff) and Chaim Uri, brother-in-law Patrick Shumaker, niece Katheryn and Mace Myers, nephews Aaron and Naoko Shumaker, Cory Wallace and Ana Sniderhan, great nephews Tyler Weathers, Grayson Myers, Seamus Wallace, great niece Anna Shumaker, Danika Wallace and cousins Richard Kaplan and Karen Kaplan. Preceded in death by her parents Ann and Irwin Matusoff, sister Judy Shumaker, aunt Retta Kaplan, cousin Larry Kaplan.

Merry was true to her name. Her smile, her laugh, and her positivity reflected the joy she had for life and the joy she found even in small, simple things. She enjoyed family, friends, sports, shopping and the mountains of Colorado.

Merry and her family are appreciative of those who cared for her at the hospital and Hospice. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The Chadwick Arboretum at go.osu.edu/ChadwickArboretumGiving or the charity of your choice.
