Mary Louise Vogus

Age 92, of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2025. Mary was born February 25, 1932 in Mansfield, Ohio to the late Lester & Goldie Marie (Lansing) Smith. In addition to her parents, Mary was also preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Richard Vogus, in 2010; and by one son, Frank Bennett.

 Mary enjoyed gardening, video games, playing the piano & organ and was an avid bird watcher.

 Mary is survived by three children, Darlene Rogers, Diana Bennett and Robert Bennett; six grandchildren, Angel (Chad), Donnie (Jennifer), David (Courtney), Rhonda, Ronnie (Cody) & Randy; ten great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren and one on the way; one brother, David Smith & his wife, Karen; and by her extended family & many good friends. 

 The family will be receiving friends from 11:00 am to 12:00 Noon at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Drive, Vandalia. At 12:00 Noon we will process to Dayton Memorial Park for committal service.
