Mary Charmaine Howell

Age 68, of Vandalia, passed away at her home on April 24, 2020. She was born at Good Samaritan Hospital on July 6, 1951 to Ora Lee & Mary Evelyn Howell.

Mary Charmaine retired from the Dayton Public Library with 31 years of service. She was a former Red Hat Lady and enjoyed spending time with her family & friends.

She is survived by one sister, Cyndy Slone & her husband, Cliff; her “sister-by-heart” Linda Walsh & her husband, Dan; two godchildren, “Tina” (Appletina) Egbert & her husband, Ronnie and Steven Goulart & his wife, Pam; close friends, Debbie Floyd and Sally Ames; and by many cousins, aunts & uncles.

A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m., on Friday, May 1, at Calvary Cemetery. Rev. Fr. John Tonkin will officiate.
