Martha June "Juney" Wolfe

WOLFE, Martha J. “Juney,” 86, of Rising Sun, IN, formerly of Piqua, OH, passed away Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025. She was born to William & Gladys Burke on Dec. 27, 1938 in Harlan, Kentucky. Juney was a youth director, along with her husband Pat, at the Troy Baptist Temple for many years. She was a two-time cancer survivor. Preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Patrick “Pat” K. Wolfe; son, Michael Wolfe; sister, Gaynelle Caskey, and brother, Buford Burke. Survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Kimberly & Tom Hayward; grandsons, Casey Gill, Cody Gill (Rachel) & Christopher Gill (Keri); great grandchildren, Audrey Gill, Elizabeth Gill, Naomi Gill, Kada Campbell & Kole Campbell; many other relatives & close friends. 

The family will receive friends 2-4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 20 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia, OH 45377, with funeral services at 4 p.m. Pastor Rick Washburn, Jr., officiating. Cremation to follow. Condolences can be shared at www.MortonWhetstoneFH.com.
