Martha Mae Baker

Age 69, of Dayton, passed away Friday, December 31, 2021. Martha was born February 28, 1952 in Dayton to the late Leroy & Florence (Davis) Morris. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 46 years, Rodger Baker, in 2015.

Martha was a life-long member of the Northridge Freewill Baptist Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Rachel Baker and Leslie Waltman & her husband, Jon; two brothers, Dwight Morris and Leroy Morris, Jr.; seven grandchildren, Michael (Bailey), Taylor (Matt), Katelin (Noah), Andrew, Caleb, Matthew & Morgan “Little Wolf” and by three great grandchildren, Elica, Olivia “BF” & Sterling.

The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 12, at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday (1/13) at 11:00 a.m. with Pastors Tim Hamilton & Steve Nickels officiating. Interment will be at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in New Carlisle, Ohio.
