Lucinda Ann "Cindy" Ames

Lucinda Ann Ames, age 76, of Wilmington, passed away Monday, October 19, 2026, at Walnut Creek Care Center in Moraine. She was born on February 20, 1950, in Wilmington, Ohio, to the late Joseph and Janet Fournier. She was also preceded in death by her grandmother, Minnie May Lambcke; her sister, Carol Sue “Susie” Collins; her brother-in-law, Mike O’Ryan; and her sister-in-law, Joy Ames.

Cindy loved watching the Buckeyes play football. She also enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her brother, John Ames; sisters, Renee O’Ryan and Lynne Michele Fournier-Wick (Laura); extended family; and many friends.

Private services will be held.
