Lois J. Webb, 88, of Butler Township, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at The Courtyard at Troy. She fought the good fight and is now home with the Lord. Lois was born to Luther & Myrtle Myers on February 11, 1938 in Middlesboro, Kentucky. She was a faithful follower of her Savior Jesus Christ and attended the New Vision Church in Vandalia. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years, Ancil “Ray” Webb, in 2016; She was also preceded in death by her parents Luther and Myrtle Myers, and Ray’s parents Lawrence and Emma Webb; 7 siblings, James, Lorraine, Calvin, Charles, Marie, Ted, and Linda; son-in-law, Randy Crawford; great grandchild, Kaden Reynolds; grandson-in-law, Royce Gray.
Lois is survived by her 4 children, Ed (Louise) Webb, Debbie Crawford, David (Diane) Webb and Scott (Jennifer) Webb; 8 grandchildren, Erik Crawford, Brandi Gray, Jason (Brooke) Webb, Zach Raney, Matthew (Candace) Webb, Hannah Webb, Nathan Webb, and Kaelyn Webb; 5 great grandchildren, Taylor, Jaycee, Levi, Lily, Olivia, and 1 great-great grandchild Adrial; and many close friends like Rod and Sue, the “Church Ladies”, and neighbors. She was the best Mom, Grandma, Mamaw, and Maw that a family could have. This will be a celebration, because she is now in Heaven.
A celebration and visitation for family and friends will be held from 3-5 p.m. Sunday, May 3, 2026 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia, OH. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 4, at the funeral home, with interment to follow at Polk Grove Cemetery, Butler Township. The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff at The Courtyard. They went above and beyond for Lois and for us.
