Lisa R. (Lamb) Benton

Lisa R. Benton (Lamb), 62, of Butler Township, passed away Monday, October 16, 2023 at her home. She was born to Harry & Alta May Lamb on February 3, 1961 in Dayton, Ohio. Lisa was a longtime member of the Northridge Wesleyan Church. Her life was centered around her faith and love of her family. Lisa was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Kenton Lamb; nephew, Kent Stephen Lamb, and her sister-in-law, Eva Lamb.

Survived by her husband of 27 years, Don Benton; daughter, Brittany Nelson; son, Jeremy (Michelle) Nelson; brother, Taryl (Barb) Lamb; 2 grandchildren, Lola May Nelson & Landon Nelson; nieces, Karla Lamb & Kristi (Braden) Black; nephews, Stephen (Stephanie) Lamb, Nathan (Julie) Lamb & Matthew (Angie) Lamb; many other relatives & friends.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 21, 2023 at the Northridge Wesleyan Church, 1842 Neff Road, Dayton, Ohio 45414. Pastor C. Scott Ritz, officiating. The family will receive friends at 9:45 a.m. Saturday, prior to the service, at the church. Arrangements entrusted to the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia.
