Linda L. Papanek

Linda Papanek (Laughter), age 80, of Miamisburg, Ohio, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2025, surrounded by family. She was born on October 1, 1944, in Dayton, Ohio.

Linda shared a beautiful life with her husband, Andrew Papanek, with whom she celebrated 58 years of marriage before his passing in 2022. Together, they built a family rooted in love, faith, and devotion.

She is survived by their children: Scott (Nancy) Papanek, Todd (Julie) Papanek, Jeff (Heather) Papanek, and Kelli (Shawn) Todd; her brother, Bob Laughter; and her beloved grandchildren, Brittany, Elizabeth, Serena, Andrew, Eric, Zach, Taylor, Paige, Morgan, Cailyn, and Hunter.

Linda was preceded in death by her loving husband, Andrew, her sister, Diane Miller, her brother, Ted Laughter; and her parents Harold and Pauline Laughter.

Linda will be remembered for her kindness, her deep love for her family, and the joy she brought to those around her. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose memory will forever be cherished.

Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes contributions be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
