Leslie Vancil

Leslie E. Vancil Age 73, passed away Monday (11/17/2014). Leslie retired from UPS as a driver with over 30 years of service. He was a member of VFW Posts 8211 (West Milton) & 5436 (Troy) and he enjoyed fishing with Terry and Don. Leslie is survived by four children, Leslie (II) (Margaryta) Vancil, Kevin (Michelle) Vancil, Tim Vancil & Tamara (Chris) Radaker; the mother of his children, Sharon J. (Swade) Vancil; 6 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brother, Rick Stithem and sister, Donna Stithem. The family will be receiving friends from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m., Friday (Nov. 21) at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Brad Lewis officiating. If desired, contributions may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project.
