GLENN, Larry W., 68, of Northridge, passed away Friday, December 4, 2020. He was born to Warren P. & Nettie Pearl Glenn on March 24, 1952 in Dayton, Ohio. Larry was a dry wall finisher and later retired from Mad River Schools. He was a member and Deacon at the Northridge Free Will Baptist Church, where he enjoyed being Executive Director of Holy Ground FWB Youth for Christ Camp. Larry was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan. Preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Ruth “Granny” Dixon; sisters & brothers-in-law, Carolyn & Jack Coyle, Phyllis & Paul Brewer and Patty Glenn; brother, Ronnie Glenn; nephews, Tommy, Tim & Jimmy Coyle and Brian Glenn. Survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Donna Glenn; sons, Daryl Glenn (Amanda) & Andy Glenn (Heather); daughter, Nancy Glenn; brother, Roger Glenn (Mireya); grandchildren, Hannah, Jacob, Levi & Noah; numerous nieces, nephews & many friends. Funeral service 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2020 at the Northridge Free Will Baptist Church, 4800 Payne Ave., Dayton, OH 45414. Pastor Tim Hamilton, officiating. Interment Willow View Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Holy Ground FWB Youth for Christ Camp, 4800 Payne Ave., Dayton, OH 45414.
