Julie Darlene Morgan, 58, of Vandalia, Ohio passed away peacefully after a short illness on October 28, 2024. Julie was a devoted wife to Curtis Morgan for 38 wonderful years, and together they built a beautiful life filled with love and laughter.
She was a proud mother to three children: Curtis Morgan, who is married to Jenny and is a father to two cherished daughters, Emma and Callie, with another baby on the way; Casey Morgan, who is married to Lexie and has two loving children, Liam and Ryleigh; and Cole Morgan, who is married to Sarah, and they too are expecting a little one in February.
Julie was preceded in death by her father, Frank Baker. She is survived by her mother, Jerri; her sister, Tammy; and her brothers, Jeff and Frank, who will all carry her memory in their hearts.
A dedicated nurse for many years on the maternity floor at Miami Valley Hospital, Julie touched the lives of countless families. Her co-workers became her lifelong friends, a testament to her warm spirit and caring nature. She was also deeply loved by her in-laws, who cherished her presence in their family.
Julie had a passion for life that was evident in everything she did. Whether caring for her family, doting on her four puppies—Zoey, Marly, Ruby, and Rascal—or enjoying a moment of fun playing slots at the casino, she brought joy and warmth to all who knew her.
Julie’s legacy of love will live on through her family, who will remember her as a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A celebration of Julie's life will be held on November 23, 2024 at Troy Fish and Game Trap house starting at 3:00 pm, where family and friends are invited to share their memories and honor a remarkable woman who filled the world with kindness and love.
