Juanita Douglas

DOUGLAS, Juanita age 95 of Dayton, passed away Monday, August 8, 2011 after a brief illness. Preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Carl Douglas, she is survived by 3 daughters, Ellene Haer-Prizler (Don), Barbara Phipps (Jay) & Nancy Fayard (Paul); 3 grandchildren, Doug Phipps, April (Phipps) King, & Allyson (Fayard) Sonntag; 2 step-grandchildren, Cole Prizler & Brooke (Prizler) Pees; 8 great-grandchildren, 4 step-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A private graveside service will be held for the family and a Memorial Service for Juanita will be held at 3:00 pm, Saturday, August 13 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia, officiated by Cynthia Hyre Feltz. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00 pm until time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Otterbein Home, 580 N. State Rt. 741, Lebanon, OH 45036 in Juanitas memory.
