Wanda “Jean” Fleck

Age 93, of Vandalia, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2019, at Hearth & Home in Vandalia.

Jean was born April 16, 1925 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Fred L. & Ina J. (Lane) York. In addition to her parents, Jean was also preceded by a daughter, Debra L. Hodge.

Jean was a long-time member of the Vandalia Grace Brethren Church.

She is survived by her loving husband of the past 68 years, Ralph J. Fleck, Jr.; daughter, Denise Cremen & her husband, Rich; and by two grandchildren, Daniel & Christine.

Jean will be missed by many.

Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon, Saturday (1/12) at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Pastor Everett Caes will officiate. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends from 10:30 a.m. until time of service.

In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Jean to the Hospice of Miami Valley.
